Terms and Conditions
As a reseller, the costs of EFTP are 20% lower than the full purchase price. There are certain terms and conditions that must be adhered to when reselling EFTP, and they are as follows:

• You may charge your customers what you wish for this product, you are not bound to charging them the usual price.
• You are hereby responsible for your customer's support, by providing support on a first line basis. Should you require further assistance, you need to contact us via the standard support channels.
• Your customers are entitled to download and update their software directly from EFTP, they do not have to go via yourselves first.
• You are entitled to keep a copy of the current release of EFTP in a production environment for testing, troubleshooting and customer support.
• You are under no obligation to make any purchases once you have registered yourself as a reseller.
• Licences will be issued from us on purchase of the product.
• Delivery of product is via download only, there are no CD versions of EFTP.
• Delivery of licence will be by PDF document which will be e-mailed to yourselves, not directly to the customer.
• The customer has 30 days from date of purchase (this would be the date of your purchase with me, not the customer's purchase with you) to request a refund should they not be satisfied with this product. Refunds are done instantly via Paypal's refund features.
• Payment is required immediately.
• All other terms of the EULA apply.
• Encrypted Software Solutions reserves the right to refuse or accept any reseller applications.
